Tuh-Tuh-Tuh-Terahertz.

Information Week describes a new process which may bring high efficiency triple terahertz power to the desktop. Super-efficient Ballistic Deflection Transistor technology promises a huge computing jump in the very near future by bouncing electrons through a layer of gas, rather than forcing them through silicon wafers. This means that we're getting a lot closer to dealing with sub-atomic particles on their own terms, rather than forcing them into unnatural configurations. I can't wait.
